The Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (NJROTC) is a federally-sponsored high school program that educates and trains students to develop a leadership mentality, attention to detail, and problem-solving skill set. This program can be found in hundreds of high schools throughout the United States. Troy's NJROTC program helps benefit the school, the community, and most importantly, the cadets.

Selected from over 600 other programs to be ranked the Most Outstanding Navy JROTC program in the nation in 2009 and 2nd best in the nation in 2022 and 2025.
2024-25 Distinguished Unit for the 25th consecutive year.
The only NJROTC program with Honors level courses in California.
Boasting over 400 cadets, qualifying as the biggest NJROTC program in California and one of the biggest programs in the nation. Nearly 200 new cadets each year!
2024-2025 National Championship in StellarXplorers. the first Navy JROTC team to achieve.
Offering multiple fun and resourceful opportunities to the cadets, including the chance to join numerous competitive teams and obtain community hours through community service events.
